TalentEd Recruit and Hire is the online applicant tracking system for the district. This system seamlessly integrates with TalentEd Records and TalentEd Perform. Together these systems allow CBISD to do the following:
Request the postings of current or new job postings
Apply for job postings
Review applications and resumes
Review applicant evaluation scores
Schedule interviews - Check references
Recommend an applicant for hire
Onboard new hires and manage employee documentations
Provide access to K-12 Staff Development and online evaluation tools
