Columbia-Brazoria ISD strives to maintain access for its faculty, staff, students, and parents that values student success. All users must act honestly, responsibly, and prudently. Every user is responsible for the integrity of these information resources. All users must respect the rights of other users and act responsibly to safeguard the security and confidentiality of electronic resources, information, and similar assets.
The importance of security for your personally identifiable information is of utmost concern for us. We have procedures in place to assist in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online services, and you do so at your own risk.
Users may not supply false or misleading data, nor improperly obtain another user’s password in order to gain access to computers or network systems, data or information. Users shall not misrepresent others on the system or attempt to gain unauthorized access. The negligence of another user revealing an account name or password is not considered authorized use.
Columbia-Brazoria ISD accounts are all password protected so that only authorized users are permitted to access them or view the member information relevant to that account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Columbia-Brazoria ISD will not ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any account information.
REQUEST ACCESS: Parent/Guardian or student age 18 or over -- Please email the following information to your campus Registrar:
Your name as it appears on your driver’s license
Your address and phone number
Your student’s name(s) and campus(es)
Your e-mail address
Your login credentials will be provided in an e-mail message and you will be prompted to change it the first time you login to Family Access. Passwords should be chosen carefully. They should be at least eight characters long and be made up of letters, numbers, and some special characters. They should not be common words, phrases, birthdates, family names, or social security numbers.
Any unauthorized or misuse of Family Access accounts will result in a loss of privilege and a denial of service.
