8th A-Team
The Lady Bouts A- Team took 3rd place in the Needville
Tournament this past weekend. Nina Hutchinson led the Lady Bouts
attack with 15 kills. Haley Thevenet had 16 serving points and 4
kills. Courtney Scott had 11 serving points and Kayla Kelly had 10.
The Lady Bouts MVP
for the tournament were Haley Thevenet and Nina Hutchinson.

Next Games
8th A-Team
The Lady Bouts A- Team came home with a strong VICTORY over Sweeny
last night. Haley Thevenet lead the Lady Bouts attack with 12
serving points and 6 kills. Haley Pate had 15 serving point and
Shelby Poff had 14. This Victory was a total TEAM effort.
8th B-Team
The Lady Bouts B-Team in now 4 and 0 with the win over Sweeny last
night. Meaghan Burch and had 12 serving Points and 4 kills and Maria
Gomez had 13 serving points.
Lady Bouts Volleyball 8th grade
The Lady Bouts A-Team is now 1 and 1 after last nights
victory over Stafford. Shelby Poff had 25 severing points and Casey Wilkerson
had 4 kills.
The Lady Bouts B- Team is now 2 and 0 after last nights
victory. Maria Gomez had 23 serving points.
Congratulations goes out to the Lady Bouts for such a
strong win over the Stafford Spartans.

7th Grade: Congratulations goes out to
the 7th grade Lady Bouts B team on their victory over Stafford last
night!
Brittney French led the lady bouts with 8 serving points
and Shea Brady followed with 7 of her own.
The 7th grade A team fought a hard battle
coming up just a little short. The Lady Bouts lost the first game 23-25 but
came back taking the second game 25-8 the third and final game was a nail bitter
with the Lady Bouts falling 13-15.
Taylor Minks lead with 16 serving points 4 of which were
aces. Whitney Flannel followed with 5 serving points of her own. Jodie Leblanc
had 4 serving points and 3 none returnable spikes.
Lady Bouts Volleyball is back in full swing and looking
good. The girls are working hard in practice and it is paying off on the
court.
If you have not made it to a game please take the next
opportunity to come see our girls. I can not think of any better form of family
fun. It’s cheap it’s fun and very exciting.
Next game is Thursday September 1. The Lady
Bouts 8th grade will take on the Stafford Spartans in Stafford.

Lady Bouts vs. Needville 8th grade
A-Team
The Lady Bouts played a great game last night, although

B-Team
Congratulations to he Lady Bouts B-Team taking their first
win of the new season. Kayla Welborn lead with 16 serving points and Jessica
Manning had 4 kills. What a great team effort.

To WCJH faculty: a big thanks goes out to you for
supporting our girls, not only in school but also by coming to our games. Again
