Due to the number of videoconferences scheduled throughout the district, reservations for videoconferences are on a
month-to-month basis and are determined by district participation. Please note that the district have the right to cancel a conference
at any time and cancellation notifications are posted on the instructional technology website.
In the event you are unable to attend a session, email the District IT Specialist
three days in advance indicating so. Special provisions for non-district employees must be made in advance.
Last minute registrations or walk-ins are prohibited.
Non-district employees interested in attending videoconferences via CBISD
 must submit their request by email to Brenda Matthews District IT Specialist.
All session mics are on mute unless otherwise notified.
