Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Approved Tests

The purpose of The Texas Higher Education Assessment (THEA) is to assess the reading, mathematics, and writing skills that entering freshman-level students should have if they are to perform effectively in undergraduate certificate or degree programs in Texas public colleges or universities.
The Regular THEA Schedule

There are THEA Quick Test sessions each week before
each registration period at Brazosport College.
THEA Quick Test Schedule

The COMPASS test is a TSI (Texas Success Initiative) approved
placement test and is an alternative for the THEA test.
