Columbia High School offers students the opportunity to begin their
college education while in high school. In partnership with
Brazosport College and local industry, the Columbia-Brazoria Independent School District
encourages students to
take advantage of the Technical Programs.
Tech Prep courses
offer students a chance to take advanced level high
school courses that will earn college credit. Check with the Guidance
Office
for more information about the Tech Prep program at Columbia High
School.
Dual Tech courses are
specific college courses that will count for college and high school
credit. Students have the
opportunity to start taking courses that will earn them a Certificate
or an Associates of Applied Science
degree in Automotive Technology, Chemical Process Technology, or Welding
Technology.
