Columbia High School
uses a weighted grading system to determine grade point average.
Dual credit college courses and advanced high school classes are weighted at
1.1. Regular grade points are the same as numerical grade points.
GPA is calculated on all state approved coursework taken in grades 9 - 12.
For exemptions, please refer to the Student Handbook.
GPA is figured at the end of the junior year and the end of the first semester
senior year.
